By booking on our courses you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.

What’s included
Included is light refreshments throughout the day (drinks, biscuits, cake etc) and lunch where stated. Lunch is £5; if you do not require lunch we will deduct this from the cost of your course at the time of booking.
You must tell us in advance of any allergies, food intolerances.
Where we can we will provide basic materials. Please see individual course/workshop details for specifics.

What’s not included
Some workshops will specify what materials are required and whether the tutor expects you to bring certain materials. Please read the course details carefully.

Accommodation
Accommodation is booked separately and independently from the course. Accommodation links on this site are there to assist you and for your reference. There are a variety of different types of accommodation listed to meet a variety of tastes, budgets and party sizes. Wildwood Arts are not recommending them by putting them on our website. Any disputes between you and the accommodation you choose does not involve Wildwood Arts.
In the unlikely event that a course has to be cancelled by the Artist all complaints regarding accommodation cancellations must be directed to the said artist and not Wildwood Arts.

Health & Safety
We will advise of any hazardous substances and a brief introduction to health and safety will be given on arrival.

Special requirements
We try to cater for special dietary requirements. Those with special food needs should discuss this with us before booking. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cater for all needs but we will do our best.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, disabilities, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy etc. We regret that we are unable to accept persons who are not fully mobile as our toilets are accessible via stairs.

Payment
A 50% deposit per person must be paid at time of booking.This is non refundable after seven days. The balance, also non refundable, is payable six weeks before the course start date.
If your course is within the next six weeks the full fee is payable on booking.

Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your course before it starts we will refund your fee in full. We always will try where possible to find a replacement suitable tutor of the same expertise should the listed tutor cancel for any reason and we would let you know in advance.
In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, our liability shall be limited to the refund of fees to those booked on to the course concerned. No liability shall be held to any other party or for any other costs incurred by the participant.
All bookings are considered firm and no fees are refundable if you have to cancel. It is therefore recommended that you purchase suitable holiday insurance if you are booking accommodation. We reserve the right to make minor amendments to the course or prices without notice.

For Children’s lessons.
Please ensure you can pick your child up on time and if someone else is picking up your child you must advise the tutor of exactly who this will be and give the tutor your permission. We will not let a child leave with someone we do not know unless told otherwise by you.
Please ensure we have all your emergency contact details.
Tell us beforehand of any medical conditions your child may have.
All staff working with children will have the correct governmental disclosure checks carried out to ensure their suitability to work with children.
